Biden Admits Some Stimulus Money Will be Waisted

Joe Biden recently said that some of the stimulus money would be waisted. "Thanks for getting us in debt for nothing." This is ridiculous! I can't believe that he would support the bailouts knowing that some of it would be waisted. Obviously, we already knew that it was going to be waisted.
