District Judge Tom Bartheld Sentenced a Child Rapist To Only 1 Year in Jail!
I am appalled by this case. I can't believe that any judge in their right mind could sentence a child rapist (David Earls) to jail for only 1 year. I think that District Judge Tom Bartheld should resign for putting the rest of the nation's children at risk.
I am pro-capital punishment. I think if you kill, rape, or molest somebody you should be put to death. This man admitted to raping the poor girl. That little girl will have to live with this the rest of her life, and to make it worse the weirdo who raped her is free. This child will suffer for a long time, but what does the Rapist get? ONE YEAR IN JAIL!
